Privacy policy

This policy covers furoki.com and enquiries to Furoki. Each product also has its own notice for the data it handles, linked below. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Information we collect

When you contact us by email or Telegram, we keep what you send us: your name, contact details and what you'd like to discuss.

How we use it

To reply to you, scope and deliver work you ask for, and improve our products. We do not sell your personal data or share it with anyone for marketing.

Analytics and cookies

furoki.com uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and counts visits without identifying you. It is always on.

We also run our own cookieless analytics on Cloudflare: which pages are viewed, how far they are scrolled, page speed, script errors and which links are clicked, with the campaign or site that referred you. It sets no cookies, stores nothing that outlasts your browser tab, never records your IP address, and is never shared or used for advertising. It is always on, but it stops if your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, or if you open any Furoki page with ?furoki_optout=1. Analytics data is deleted after 400 days, and you can ask us to delete it sooner.

We also use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to measure which pages and links people use. It stays off until you press Accept on the notice at the bottom of the page. If you press Decline, it never loads. We remember your choice in your browser's local storage, and you can change your choice at any time.

Our products

• Furoki Bingo: see the Bingo privacy policy for accounts, games, photos and payments.
• Furoki Concierge: when a business uses Concierge, we process their customers' messages and bookings on that business's behalf, as a data intermediary under a data processing agreement. Questions about that data go to the business first; we pass requests on promptly.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing hello@furoki.com.
